Returns Policy

You may return new unopened items within 7 days of return to base for a full refund excluding P&P charges, however due to the custom builds of most products a 70% dismantle and restocking fee will apply. We will not accept returns on goods which have been used, installed, or purchased with customisation options. This applies to all our goods valued over N250,000 NGN. Goods which have been custom made to specification outside of our factory recommended specification are not covered by any warranty and are exempt from being returned on an unwanted basis.

All refunds are given by way of store credit. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package reaching us via DHL, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly once we receive the item. This time, period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days in Nigeria), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive is (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We shall notify you via e-mail of your refund once we received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Whilst we try to stock most of the main popular kits, most order are custom configured for specialist types of vehicles, so please allow up to 21 working days for delivery of your package(s), and a further 5 working days if you are customising options. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customs import fee may appliable if you are purchasing from outside Nigeria, please check for any such surcharges before purchasing.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, while you have this option, we always recommend shipping via DHL.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the packaging box. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next kilogram.
